Information and Choice for Acceptability - OTD program

When applying to the Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program, applicants must supply information to 3 different locations:

• OTCAS
• The Occupational Therapy Department and
• Graduate Acceptances and Program Review (GAPE).

To Province for Occupational Therapy uses the OTCAS (The Centralized Application Service for Occupational Therapy) with submission of applications to to Master of Physical in OT Program. Certain application information is submitted at OTCAS both additional information is sent directly to the Occupational Therapy department.  Additionally, applicant require apply to SJSU's Graduate Admissions and Programmer Evaluations (GAPE) by Cal State Apply. 

For Spoke 2024 programs, applications will be accepted beginnng July 1st. The deadline for submitting applications and application choose be on December 1st on each year. 1. GPA
